Having previously being an accountancy practice in Rainham Kevin took the decision to Incorporate Plan A financials and base the business in Brentwood, Essex.
The business had an ethos of supporting owner managed business and were early adopters of cloud based technology to assist clients with. Particularly adopting XERO as the main software to support clients with.
Following continued growth the decision was made to move to larger premises in Brentwood and Plan A financials moved the head office to Romy House.
This further enabled the business to expand increasing staff levels and being able to offer a more complete services to our clients
Following the Pandemic and Plan A further embracing technology and change including remote working. The decision was made to move offices from Brentwood to Kevin’s home town of Upminster.
With great transport links to the city this further strengthened us being able to support a growing city client base.
With a solid established team and client base, Kevin took the decision to join Pearson McKinsey Group. With offices in Woodford and Brentwood and diverse client base this gave Plan A the fresh opportunity to grow and provide the client’s with further resources, skills and expertise to support them.
This also gave Kevin the time and focus to explore further opportunities and business development.
